How can I delete my account?

If you’d like to delete your Tripline account, click on [settings] in the header, and scroll to the bottom of your account page. There’s a link to submit an account deletion request. We’ll process your request as quickly as we can, and we’ll be sorry to see you go 🙁

If you can’t find the link, you can always send a request by email to support@tripline.net from the email address associated with your Tripline account.

My email was not accepted during sign up.

You may have already signed up. To find out your user name go to Forgot My Username, enter your email and an email will be sent to you with your user name. The try signing in to Tripline with that username.

Can I set up a Tripline account without a Facebook account?

Absolutely. If you do not have a Facebook account or choose to create a standalone Tripline account that is your choice. We do encourage the use of Facebook Connect as it allows you to maintain the relationships you’ve already created within Facebook, but that’s up to you.

To create an account without connecting to Facebook, just click [sign up] on the home page. That will take you to the registration page where you can create a new account.

Do I have to enter my first and last name to create an account?

Full name is a required field, but you can enter any name you wish. We recommend using your real name to make the experience on Tripline more personal for you and your friends.

Does Tripline share my information with 3rd party sites?
