- We support Internet Explorer 10+, Firefox 3+, Safari 4+, Chrome and Opera. We don’t support IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9 or Firefox 2.x. If you’re seeing the Unsupported Browser page, you’ll need to upgrade your browser to a newer version:

- Google Chrome: http://google.com/chrome
- Firefox 3+: http://getfirefox.com
- Safari: http://apple.com/safari
- I have Internet Explorer 8, and I’m seeing a browser error message If this is happening to you, one of two things probably the culprit:
- You could be running in “Compatibility Mode”. Sometimes this gets set inadvertently when you visit certain websites. Here’s a link that explains how to turn off compatibility mode: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Why-dont-some-websites-display-correctly-in-Internet-Explorer-8
- You could have a “Nested UA String”, probably caused by toolbars and other addons that aren’t built correctly. It’s a bit complicated to fix this issue since you’ll have to edit your registry keys, but here’s a link to a post that explains what to do: http://enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp#nestedUA
- I have Internet Explorer 9, and I’m seeing a browser error message If this is happening to you, chances are you’re running in “Compatibility Mode”. Sometimes this gets set inadvertently when you visit certain websites. Here’s a link that explains how to turn off compatibility mode: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/products/ie-9/features/compatibility-view
